As Lead Growth Analyst at Miro, I leverage my extensive experience and actively contribute to product development and monetization efforts by spearheading the growth and product teams in tracking financial and engagement KPIs through the development and automation of insightful dashboards, alerts, and reports.

- Maximizing monetization potential through acquisition, expansion optimization and in-product flows
- Employing advanced predictive modelling techniques to gain deep insights into user journey (e.g. understanding retention patterns to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and maximize our customers CLV)
- Combining quantitative and qualitative methods for product usage and user profiling analysis, participating in all the stages of product lifecycle from researching, prioritizing, planning, experimenting and analyzing results.
- Supporting and guiding junior analysts in their development, in particular regarding technical data modelling and experimentation.
